Retreat/Event General Terms and Conditions

ILANGHI Retreats by IBENTO — Terms and Conditions of Participation

Last Updated: October 2025

  1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of retreat packages (“Packages” or “Tickets”) and participation in ILANGHI retreats, events, workshops, and related experiences (collectively, the “Retreats”), organized by International Business Events & Travel Organization LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, d/b/a “IBENTO” (“IBENTO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “ILANGHI” is a retreat/event brand name fully owned and operated by IBENTO.
1.2 By purchasing a Package, completing a booking, or attending any ILANGHI Retreat, you (“you,” “your,” “Participant,” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or attend.
1.3 These Terms apply globally to all ILANGHI Retreats regardless of destination. Additional destination-specific laws, venue rules, and local service provider terms may apply and must be respected (see Sections 4, 13, and 31).

  2. Glossary
2.1 “Package/Ticket” means your paid booking granting participation in a specified ILANGHI Retreat, subject to these Terms.
2.2 “Retreat(s)” means ILANGHI-branded wellness/transformational programs that may include lodging, meals, workshops, movement practices, bodywork, and curated activities.
2.3 “Practitioner(s)” means independent wellness professionals (e.g., yoga instructors, bodyworkers, facilitators, therapists, coaches) engaged to provide services during a Retreat.
2.4 “Vendor(s)” means third-party hotels, venues, transport providers, caterers, activity providers, and other suppliers.
2.5 “Force Majeure” has the meaning in Section 20.
2.6 “Add-Ons” are optional services not included in the base Package (e.g., alcohol drinks, private sessions, extra massages, off-program excursions).

  3. Eligibility and Age
3.1 Retreats are designed for adults. Unless expressly stated otherwise in Retreat-specific materials, you must be 18+ on the Retreat start date.
3.2 You warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms.

  4. Global Scope; Local Laws and Venue Rules
4.1 Retreats operate worldwide. You must comply with the laws of the host country/region, venue rules, and any Vendor conditions applicable to your Retreat.
4.2 If any host-country rule conflicts with these Terms, you must follow the stricter requirement where lawful.

  5. Nature of Services; IBENTO/ILANGHI Role
5.1 IBENTO, under the ILANGHI brand, curates wellness and transformational experiences and facilitates bookings with Vendors and Practitioners.
5.2 We do not own or control third-party Vendors or Practitioners. Their own terms, standards, licenses, and insurance apply.
5.3 We may have on-site representatives to assist with issues relating to services booked through us. We are not responsible for services you book independently.

  6. Bookings, Pricing, and Payment
6.1 Your booking is confirmed only upon our written confirmation and receipt of payment per the Retreat’s payment schedule.
6.2 We may offer installment plans for certain Retreats. Failure to meet an installment deadline may lead to cancellation without refund (see Section 8).
6.3 Prices are listed in the currency specified on the booking page and are subject to correction for obvious errors.

  7. Package Inclusions and Exclusions
7.1 Inclusions are defined in the Retreat-specific description (e.g., accommodations, group meals, scheduled group sessions).
7.2 Exclusions typically include flights, airport transfers (unless stated), visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, personal purchases, optional Add-Ons, and any off-program activities.

  8. Cancellations, Non-Refundable Policy, Transfers
8.1 All ILANGHI Retreat sales are final and non-refundable.
8.2 Resale/Transfer Assistance (Discretionary): If you cannot attend, we may, at our sole discretion, assist in reselling or transferring your spot to a suitable replacement who meets Retreat criteria and completes all required forms and payments. Fees may apply.
8.3 If a resale/transfer is successful, we will refund you the amount received from the replacement, minus: (a) payment processing/financial provider fees; (b) administrative transfer fees; and (c) any other direct, documented costs incurred by us. If we cannot resell/transfer before the start date, no refund is due.
8.4 Name changes or transfers requested close to the start date may be denied due to operational constraints. Deadlines and fees will be stated in your Retreat’s booking materials.

  9. Add-Ons and On-Site Purchases
9.1 Add-Ons (e.g., alcohol drinks, extra massages, private sessions, off-program activities) are optional and subject to availability, pricing, and Vendor/Practitioner terms.
9.2 Add-Ons are non-refundable once delivered or if cancellation is within a stated cutoff.

  10. Client Responsibilities and Conduct
10.1 You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully, follow facilitator instructions, and uphold a safe environment for all.
10.2 We may remove or decline services to any Participant for disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or disrespectful behavior, or breach of these Terms, without refund (see also Section 24).

  11. Health, Medical, and Emotional Wellbeing
11.1 ILANGHI Retreats may include physically and/or emotionally challenging activities. You are responsible for determining your fitness to participate and for consulting medical professionals as needed.
11.2 You acknowledge the possibility of emotional triggers. You assume all risks for your mental/emotional wellbeing and release us from claims arising from such experiences to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.3 You must inform us in advance of any significant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs. We will make reasonable efforts (where feasible) but cannot guarantee accommodations.

  12. Travel Documentation and Insurance
12.1 You are solely responsible for valid passports (generally six months’ remaining validity recommended), visas, and any required permits.
12.2 We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption, personal liability, and lost/stolen property. If insurance is included in a Package and you choose not to utilize it, no refund is available for its value.

  13. Local Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges
13.1 Certain destinations or venues impose local taxes, entry/port fees, resort fees, or activity charges that are collected on-site or via Vendors. You are responsible for such amounts unless the Retreat description explicitly states they are included.
13.2 If we facilitate collection for convenience, we do so as an intermediary; amounts and rules are set by authorities or Vendors.

  14. Substances, Alcohol, and Smoking
14.1 Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Host-country laws apply.
14.2 Alcohol may be available as Add-Ons or during specific activities where lawful. You must drink responsibly and comply with local age restrictions. Intoxication that risks safety may result in removal without refund.
14.3 Smoking/vaping rules are governed by venue policy and local law.

  15. Safety, Security, and Checks
15.1 Venues or providers may conduct bag checks or implement safety protocols. Refusal to comply may result in denied participation or removal without refund.
15.2 We and our Vendors may deny access to unsafe items or equipment.

  16. Identification and Access Credentials
16.1 Retreats may use badges, wristbands, or digital credentials to identify Participants and control access. Lost, damaged, or altered credentials may not be replaced.

  17. Practitioners and Independent Contractor Status
17.1 Practitioners engaged for Retreat services are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of IBENTO/ILANGHI.
17.2 Practitioners operate under their own professional responsibility, licensing, standards, and insurance. IBENTO/ILANGHI is not liable for Practitioner malpractice, negligence, omissions, or actions.
17.3 We will, upon reasonable request, share available Practitioner contact and booking details to assist you in pursuing any claim directly with the Practitioner.

  18. Vendors and Third-Party Providers
18.1 We use Vendors (e.g., hotels, transport, activity providers) and platforms (e.g., payment processors, CRM/ticketing systems). Each operates under its own terms and privacy policies.
18.2 We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of third parties; remedies, if any, lie with them.

  19. Program Changes
19.1 We may update the Retreat schedule, lineup of Practitioners, sessions, activities, or venue logistics at our discretion to maintain safety, quality, or feasibility.
19.2 Reasonable substitutions may occur without notice. We are not liable for inconvenience caused by program changes made in good faith.

  20. Force Majeure
20.1 We are not liable for delay, change, or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, epidemics/pandemics, quarantines, governmental actions, strikes, labor disputes, civil unrest, war/terrorism, utility outages, supply chain failures, or other extraordinary events.
20.2 Where feasible, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with rescheduling or credits, subject to Vendor policies. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

  21. Digital Infrastructure and Cybersecurity
21.1 We are not liable for outages, downtime, cybersecurity incidents, data loss, or platform failures affecting third-party systems (e.g., CRM, payment gateways, communications platforms), provided we took reasonable steps to ensure integrity.

  22. Personal Property and Risk
22.1 You attend and participate at your own risk. You are responsible for your belongings at all times.
22.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

23.3 Ownership and Copyright: All photographs, video, and audio content created at or in connection with the Retreat by or on behalf of IBENTO/ILANGHI are the exclusive property of IBENTO/ILANGHI, which holds full ownership and copyright in such materials.

23.9 Concerns: Should you have any concerns regarding the use of your image or any media captured at the Retreat, please contact trust@ibento.pro or notify an on-site representative. We will investigate and take reasonable steps, where feasible, to address the concern.

  25. Data Protection and Privacy
25.1 Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and the applicable privacy laws of relevant jurisdictions.
25.2 Third-party processors (e.g., payment and CRM platforms) process data under their own terms and policies. We use reasonable care in vendor selection but are not responsible for third-party practices.

30.1 Before commencing litigation, either party may request good-faith negotiations. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may propose voluntary, non-binding mediation or arbitration in Wyoming or by video conference. Participation does not waive the right to later pursue court remedies.

  34. Intellectual Property
